Fright Night (1985)
The inaugural episode of Cinedicate takes us all the way back to 1985!

Welcome to the very first episode of Cinedicate! To kick off the first season, this  episode I am joined by Aaron Houillon from WSTR: Galactic Public Access to talk about the hidden gem from 1985, Fright Night.

From director Tom Holland, best known for Child's Play and Psycho II, created a cult-classic all surrounding vampires, Fight Night.

In this film, Charley Brewster (William Ragsdale) is a high-schooler and a horror-film obsessive. All is going well until a new neighbor moves in next door, Jerry Dandridge (Chris Sarandon). Charlie then becomes convinced that his neighbor Jerry...is a vampire. After unsuccessfully trying to inform all his friends and family of the threat, Brewster attempts to find help in a washed-up television vampire killer Peter Vincent (Roddy McDowall).

For some this is a cult classic, and for many this will be their first time with the Fright Night. Check out our discussion on this great movie from 1985 and why you should add it to your watch list!
